With a new improved taste, and attractive packaging, McDonald’s was hungry to increase sales of chicken sandwiches year-over-year. Dalton was up to the task with an integrated marketing campaign that included outdoor, video, and public relations. The results: The campaign got customers flocking to their local McDonald’s as launch market sales outpaced all other markets by more than 30%.
