We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Digital Media Manager to join our dynamic paid media team. As a Digital Media Manager, you will play a key role in digital media planning, strategy, implementation and campaign management while maximizing conversions and ROI for our clients’ business.

qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Advertising or related field
  • Five (5) years experience in digital media planning and activation, with at least three (3)years managing & owning campaigns
  • Strong experience required in the following channels: Google Ads (includes paid search, YouTube, Pmax, Demand Gen, GDN, etc.) Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, display/video, etc.
  • Fluent in web site tagging and Google Tag Manager
  • Knowledge of Google Analytics, GA4 and SEM Rush (Google Ads and Google Analytics certifications are a plus)
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to make informed decisions and recommendations
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex concepts to clients and internal stakeholders
  • Managing multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced agency environment
  • Independent, proactive approach, ability to take ownership and make executive decisions

responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective digital media strategies aligned with clients business objectives (60% paid search/40% paid social + other digital media).
  • Hands on with research, strategy, planning, campaign execution, implementation and optimizations.
  • Oversee end-to-end management of digital media campaigns across various platforms including the Google Ads suite, as well as various social media platforms, ensuring maximum ROI and adherence to budget constraints
  • Conduct keyword research, competitive analysis, and site audits to identify opportunities for optimization
  • Monitor and analyze website performance metrics, such as traffic, rankings, and conversions
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including account management, creative and web dev, to implement digital media recommendations
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, digital marketing technologies and developments to implement cutting-edge strategies
