qualifications

Healthcare advertising experience is required—you know the space, the stakeholders, and how to navigate its complexities.
5–7 years of account management experience in an advertising or integrated marketing environment.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or related
Experience with branding and lead generation campaigns, plus a solid understanding of digital media.
Proven success running integrated campaigns.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with an eye for detail and a persuasive style.
A self-starter mindset—optimistic, calm under pressure, and always ready to solve problems.
A collaborative leader who upholds the standard for client relationships and facilitates internal teamwork.
Must be located in commutable distance to Atlanta, Georgia

responsibilities

Work with agency leadership and strategist to lead the day-to-day management of a key healthcare account, ensuring projects are delivered on time, on budget and on strategy.
Bring deep healthcare knowledge and market insights to help client achieve their objectives.
Collaborate with creative, strategy and media teams to bring ideas to life
Anticipate client needs, uncover new opportunities and contribute to organic growth.
Balance big-picture thinking with hands-on project management.
Mentor and motivate team members, fostering growth and curiosity.
