Get to Know Natalie Caballero
Natalie joined the Dalton team in August as a PR Account Manager in the Jacksonville office. A University of Central Florida graduate with a degree in Journalism and Political Science, she brings a diverse background in public relations, communications and digital marketing. Outside of work, Natalie enjoys traveling, attending local concerts, and exploring all that Jacksonville has to offer as she settles into her new city!
To help you get to know Natalie, here’s a short Q&A:
- What was your first concert? Nick Jonas, his first solo tour. I am a big Jonas Brothers fan. Unfortunately, they broke up in 2013 (it was a hard time for me, don’t ask) but when I could afford concert tickets, I used my own money to go see him in concert in 2014. I then got to see them live in 2019 when they got back together. It was the first time I saw them all together live, and it was amazing.
- What do you like doing on the weekend? I love to go to concerts, as I said before I am a big concert goer so anytime there is a live music opportunity in town, I don’t care who it is, I try to go. I also love going to the movies. If there are any upcoming plays or musicals, you can also find me there. I am always looking up weekly events and seeing what is going on in the area, I am someone who prefers to be outside rather than staying indoors.
- What’s a random fact most people don’t know about you? I will give a couple, I am half Costa Rican and half Honduran, I have never died my hair in my 27 years of life. I am a big concert person, I have seen the Jonas Brothers six times, I saw Taylor Swift on the Eras Tour and had floor seats to see Beyonce’s Renaissance Tour. I have seen a lot of other artists but those are the most memorable!
- What’s the best piece of advice you’ve ever received? “Live like you’re at the bottom even when you’re at the top” sounds a little pessimistic but I think it is a good reminder to always stay humble and to not get too ahead of yourself. I also think it is a good way to exercise gratitude and appreciation for all that you have. I think it’s important for both personal and professional growth.
- What’s your favorite book, movie, or TV show? A lot comes to mind. I have to say my all-time favorite is New Girl, it is definitely my rewatch show of choice but one that will always have my heart is One Tree Hill.
