Dalton Cares
We are pleased to announce Dalton Cares, a community giving and engagement initiative that builds upon a 30+ year commitment to strengthening the places we call home. Dalton Cares was formed to foster community engagement among all our employees. From food drives to fundraisers to beach clean-ups, we put our passion into action.
As part of this initiative, we also donated brand and communications services to one nonprofit organization in each location – Atlanta, Jacksonville, and Nashville. The three nonprofit organizations include:
- Rescuing Hope, an Atlanta-based nonprofit that is dedicated to solving the human sex trafficking in Georgia and beyond.
- The Women’s Board of Wolfson Children’s Hospital, which raises awareness and funds for the Wolfson Children’s Hospital, a not-for-profit hospital that treats all children regardless of ability to pay.
- Nurture the Next, which provides programs, services, crisis support and more to help Tennessee families create a caring and healthy environment for their young children.
Rescuing Hope
For Rescuing Hope, we provided brand strategy, tagline development and logo redesign. Additionally, we offered social media training and developed content for the nonprofit’s social media channels.
As part of its pro-bono project, Dalton redesigned the logo for Rescuing Hope.
Rescuing Hope Founder Susan Norris shared the story of Rescuing Hope and educated Dalton employees about the realities of sex trafficking at the 2023 agency retreat.
The Women’s Board of Wolfson Children’s Hospital
Dalton supported two annual fundraising events: The First Coast Design Show, an immersive multi-day event, and the speaker series, Florida Forum. Dalton supported The First Coast Design Show by developing organic and paid social media content, digital and print advertisements and other content. We look forward to continuing our partnership with The Women’s Board by evolving the Florida Forum logo and other organization collateral.
Nurture the Next
Dalton proudly partnered with Nurture the Next to elevate awareness of their mission through targeted earned media efforts. This year, Dalton is working closely with the organization’s leadership to create a fundraising campaign for their 40th anniversary that will include branding elements and campaign concepts to be implemented across channels including social media and public relations. We look forward to sharing the outcomes of this initiative and its impact on Nurture the Next’s mission.
