Chris Obarski, Senior Account Manager, Elected President of PRSA North Florida Chapter

Dalton Senior Public Relations Account Manager Chris Obarski was elected to serve as the 2024 President of the North Florida Chapter of the Public Relations Society of America (PRSA). PRSA is the largest membership-based organization for public relations professionals in the country and Northeast Florida state’s largest chapter.
In this role, Chris leads a 10-person board that provides more than 100 members with diverse networking and educational events that foster connections with other professionals throughout the region. Events include a focus on relevant topics such as artificial intelligence, SEO, and crisis communications.
“PRSA is an invaluable resource in my professional career, both educationally and for networking opportunities,” said Chris. “As the public relations industry changes, PRSA consistently provides resources and forums to navigate that evolution and empowers its members to serve and advise our respective organizations confidently.”
Dalton encourages all employees to become actively involved in their industry and their communities, including by serving on boards of local nonprofit and professional organizations, like PRSA. Of the agency’s 90+ employees, more than half are involved with at least one civic organization.
